July 2009---One World Currency

Sorry folks for my delay in posting recently. Things have been crazy in my life as the events leading to 2012 unfold. I am most recently concerned about the one world currency that is beign argued and advanced by several nations, chiefly Russia.

As you will see in the below article, Russia is calling for a one world currency. And why now? Because now is the time to strike. The USA Dollar is being viewed as steadily weakening, and Russia is looking for its place as a dominant voice in the new world. What better way than to take down the historical world reserve currency (the dollar) down a notch? Russia is also being supported in this theory by China, who holds the majority of US debt. Take a look at the article below.

http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aeFVNYQpByU4

Also, in case you are wondering what the coin that Medvedev, the President of Russia, showed off at the G-8 conference, take a look at this link. There are pictures of the coin here:

http://whenshtf.com/showthread.php?t=15491

So, why is this important to 2012 theory? Well, one of the thoughts surrounding 2012 is that all the nations of the earth will confront Israel in a great battle. What better way to start unifying the nations of the world than economically? We all now that if you can control the purse strings, you control the people.

Just food for thought.........

March 29, 2009—Why is no one paying attention to Russia?

For those who have read this page before, you will recall that much Biblical and secular “prophecy” or “predictions,” depending upon your point of view, point toward Russia as being a force to be reckoned with with respect to end of time theory.  Russia—the largest nation on the planet geography wise, and also flush with natural resources—is seemingly being ignored by Western media sources and Western politics.  This last week President of the United States of America, Mr. Obama, was in the news talking about what else than financial and economic plans that he wants to sell to US citizens.  But what did he not mention?  He did not mention the deal that has been discovered and confirmed to exist between Russia and Iran whereby Russia has agreed to sell to Iran some of the most powerful and reliable surface to air missiles ever developed.

http://www.heritage.org/research/russiaandeurasia/wm2350.cfm

Mr. Obama also failed to address Russia’s announcement that it is beginning to rearm itself not only with weapons capable of, and designed for, defensive measures, but also weapons that are designed for offensive strikes—i.e., 6 nuclear submarines that will be ready for use by the Russian Navy in 2011—the year prior to 2012.

http://edition.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/asiapcf/03/28/russian.subs/?iref=mpstoryview

And yet, this news goes by without fanfare.  What is it leading to?  Is Iran Russia’s Trojan Horse?  Is Iran the pawn to destabilize the United States so that Russia can once again become a superpower on the world stage?

The author submits that given the current state of affairs in Russian politics, Russo-phobia is not entirely unwarranted.  What do you think?

March 2009—Mayan Ruins

As 2012 approaches, I decided to take a trip down to a couple of Mayan historical sites and investigate myself.  I have posted a couple of pictures from this research trip.  The first is a picture of me at the site just outside of Tullum in Mexico, where the Mayans had constructed a city on a series of hills against the ocean and used the highest peaks as the situs for both their Temples and there astronomical watch towers.  It was from this watch tower that the Mayan watched the stars swirl overhead, and were able to trace the origins of time down to its ending on December 21, 2012.

Another picture that I found of interest demonstrates that towards the decline of the Mayan civilization, everything was at a premium and scarce—including paint.  This is one of the few examples of blood mixed with charcoal and limestone powder being used as a medium to paint.  Amazing. They must have gone through some very tough economic times prior to their disappearance.  Is it any wonder that the world is going through tough economic times now, on the very eve of 2012?

Also, you will see from the final picture that many of these Temples have yet to be excavated.  Who knows what treasures they will hold?

February 2009--Why Does Western Media Ignore The New “Warsaw Pact”?

Recently I grow increasingly disturbed by the Western Media focusing on all things West.  Surely the West realizes that the world does not end and begin with the English/American speaking world?  But somehow the media seems to think that it does.  Sure, the economic stimulus package is important news to cover.  Sure it’s interesting to hear about baseball star Alex Rodriguez and his possible steroid use back in 2003.  But, Western Media, let me ask you this:

Isn’t it important to cover the reformation of a military alliance between Russia, Kazakhstan, Belorussia, Kirgistan, Tajikistan, Armenia and Uzbekistan that Russian President Medvedev has stated will be equal in power to NATO?

See, http://lenta.ru/articles/2009/02/05/odkb/

But somehow this has slipped under the radar of Western Media.  Or has it?  I would venture to say that this piece of news is simply being ignored by the West.  Why?  I think it has something to do with the fact that the new American Administration is so focused on bringing various world governments together in unity—that is to say, ahem, that the current American Administration believes in and is striving for a one world government—that it purposefully ignores any news and/or events that work contrary to its goal of being “one.”  See, http://www.voanews.com/english/2009-02-08-voa6.cfm

This is scary to me because it means that the American Administration is placing a premium on this one world idea at the possible expense of the security of its people.  Which, as 2012 draws ever closer, becomes more and more ominous.

Any thoughts, dear readers?

November 16, 2008—The Emergence of the New World Order Before Our Very Eyes?

Dear readers, if your situation is anything like the situation of the majority of people in the United States, Europe and Asia, you have seen your wealth and economic opportunity shrink dramatically over the last few months, especially the last two.  Now, regardless of your political beliefs, economic beliefs or moral/religious beliefs, objective evidence exists that the world faces a global economic crisis as jobs are lost, credit dries up, and money and goods become scarce.  On the eve of November 15, 2008 Europe officially declared a recession in European countries.

http://www.news.com.au/dailytelegraph/story/0,22049,24655250-5014099,00.html

Although the United States leadership has been reluctant to use the word “recession,” it is clear to the casual observer that a recession exists in the USA, and several key economic minds in the USA have already declared a state of recession.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/news/buffett-declares-american-economy-to-be-in-.htmlssion-790931.html

Along with the cries of “recession” have come cries—at least here in the USA—from the citizenry of pain, anguish and financial distress.  These cries range from “I lost my job” to “I lost my house.”  Although the subject matter of the cries may vary depending upon the individual making them, there is a common thread: the cries all sound a lot like “Help! I am in financial trouble!  Government, what are you going to do as Government to help me?”  In other words, the majority of people are looking to the government to intervene and save the world from this recession.  And the governments have only been too happy to listen to the pleas of the citizens of the world and step in to “save” them….

What have the governments done?  Well, for starters, the governments of the world have been very keen to spend billions and billions of dollars to step in and prevent certain business and industries from failing.  It is not just the USA government I am talking about here, although the USA has spent the most money to date.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/news/buffett-declares-american-economy-to-be-in-.htmlssion-790931.html

Even China has gotten in on the bail out idea and has spent $586 billion on an economic stimulus plan.

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2008/11/12/ED7J1437SL.DTL

Although each country has responded in varying degrees, one cannot miss the fact that the top leaders of the 20 nations with the largest economies met in Washington, DC this past weekend (and will continue to meet) to face the global crisis together.  And while this appears to be “cooperation” at its best, it is noteworthy that some independent and mainstream news sources are already reporting this meeting as follows:

“a new order of global power relations has officially been ushered in. A return to the order that existed before the finance crisis now seems unthinkable.”

November 16, 2008 Deutsche Welle On-line at http://www.dw-world.de/dw/article/0,2144,3797091,00.html

So, dear readers, a new world order has begun.  A financial world order.  But, is this just the first step to greater world government?  What do you think?

October 5, 2008---A Russian--Venezuelan Alliance?

In follow up to last month's entry regarding the possibility of Russia fulfilling the ancient Hebrew Prophet's prophecy of being the aggresor that initiates the last great world conflict (see post from September 7, 2008), I offer this next alarming post. Last month we discussed a possible Russian-Iranian alliance. Well, it appears that while such an alliance may at this point be prospective, there can be no doubt that a Russian-Venezuelan alliance exists.

Several independent media sources (see below link to the BBC) are reporting (and Russia herself admits) that Russia and Venezuela have entered into certain miliatry agreeements. Russia has stationed troops and ships in Venezuela, is selling several heavy cruisers to Venezuela, and is talking about future business. Could the placement of tactical missiles within Venezuela be the next step for Russia?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7602530.stm

Consider this: Russia and Venezuela are among the top ten oil exporters in the world (and they account for over 13% of American oil, see http://www.eia.doe.gov/pub/oil_gas/petroleum/data_publications/
company_level_imports/current/import.html
).  If these two oil giants were to suddenly "turn off the faucet," how woudl the world react? Prices would sky rocket, people would go cold and hungry, and violence would likely react. I have recently heard some pundits in the United States talk about how future wars are about energy. Well, who's in the driver's seat? Thoughts?

September 7, 2008----Has the “hook in the jaw,” prophesied of by the ancient Hebrew prophet Ezekiel, been baited?

The Webmaster of this website apologizes for the recent delay in timely postings.  The Webmaster has been heavily involved in assisting refugees and otherwise aiding those displaced and victimized by the recent hurricanes in the South Eastern United States.  In any event, the last two months have given us much to think about and consider with respect to the coming end of days.

For those who consider the Old Testament to contain prophetic and/or inspired writings, the Book of Ezekiel, especially Chapters 38-39, is something that should be reexamined and pondered upon at this particular junction in the world’s history.  “Why,” you may ask, dear reader.  Well, let’s discuss that.

First, let’s look at three critical facts from the past month and a half as reported by independent third party news sources such as the Christian Science Monitor:

One:

There seems little doubt that overnight on Aug. 7-8 the country of Georgia launched a massive military assault, apparently aimed at retaking the breakaway republic of South Ossetia before Moscow could react.  Russians have bristled defensively in the face of Western accusations of "aggression" against Georgia, maintaining that the Kremlin was left with few choices when the Georgians began bombarding the capital of South Ossetia, where 9 in 10 residents carry a Russian passport.  In fact, even German Chancellor Angela Merkel, while calling some of Russia's actions "disproportionate" after meeting with President Medvedev, said that "it is rare that all the blame is on one side. In fact, both sides are probably to blame. That is very important to understand."

http://www.csmonitor.com/2008/0819/p12s01-woeu.html

Two:

The Western World, led chiefly by US critics, have verbally chastised the Russian government for Russia’s actions in the region of South Ossetia.  Russia has been accused of warmongering, and imperialism by force.

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=93606382

These critics have gone so far as to, in recent days, consider “withdraw[ing] an agreement with Russia on nuclear trade as put U.S. ally Georgia, a State Department source said Friday [September 5, 2008.]”  cnn.com/2008/WORLD/europe/09/05/us.russia.nuclear/index.html

Such an action would hinder Russian advances in the area of nuclear power, and would work to isloate Russia from the United States and EU countries.

This may be precisely what Russia wants.  For, and as our
diligent readers will recall, former Russian President, Valdimir Putin
, threatened over a year ago to withdraw from key post cold war nuclear non-proliferation agreements.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2007/oct/12/russia.usa1

However, Russia may not have to withdraw at all—Russia may
be “expelled” through diplomatic means.

Third:

In response to the Western Hemisphere’s condemnations, Russia
has strengthened ties with nations that the Western World
typically views as “hostile.”  Nations such as Iran.

SO, WHAT’S THIS ALL GOT TO DO WITH 2012 AND THE END
OF TIMES?

Well, to come full circle, we need to look at a few verses in Ezekiel.  We learn in Ezekiel Chapter 38 that in the end of time, a massive army of “locusts”—locusts were known in Old Testament times for their ability to sweep down in large swarms, devouring all the crops in their path and leaving the land completely desolate—will sweep into Israel from the North and the East.

This army of locusts will be led by Gog of Magog—a powerful king and ruler over a combined group of Northern and Eastern nations—and will wreak death and war, eventually dragging in all nations and leading to the end of days.

What is interesting about this invasion is that Gog of Magog does not INTEND to begin such a great battle.  We learn that the Lord will place a “hook” in the jaws of Gog in order to “drag [him] out with [his] whole army.”  Ezekiel Chpt. 38 verses 3-4.  Gog’s army will consist not only of his own nation, but he will stand at the head of an army that includes the armies of Persia.  The historians out there will recognize Persia as an ancient name for the country known currently as “Iran.”

http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2008/08/iran-archaeology/del-giudice-text

Thus, when we look at Ezekiel Chapter 38, we learn that in the end of days, an army of combined forces from Iran and the North will invade Israel.  While Persia (Iran) is mentioned by name in Ezekiel, Russia is not.  However, many modern biblical scholars believe that when the history of the people of Magog is tracked through the Old Testament, we learn that the people from Magog are those who wandered North from Jerusalem.  Any look at a world map will show how North of Israel is the area of Georgia and Russia.

Therefore, gentle reader, I posit this question to you:

Is the Russia-Georgia conflict a precursor to the end?  Afterall, we have seen above some commentary that suggests that Russia “had no choice” but to react in Georgia (a hook, perhaps?) and as a result of acting, it has grown closer to Persia/Iran, which is a country that swears to destroy Israel.

July 6, 2008--Preparations for war in Iran? The Great Battle of Armaggedon?

In recent weeks there have been multiple reports of military operations--both overt and covert--taking place in the middle east as responses to Iran's continued devotion to its development of nuclear technology.  Iran has, despite repeated warnings from the U.N. and the rest of the world, engaged in the development of nuclear technologies. And while Iran's government pledges that this development is only designed to create nuclear power to fuel its people's growing need for power, the rest of the world seemingly has doubts.

For example, take a look at this article, which describes how a recent large scale military exercise of Israel may in fact be nothing more than a thinly veiled threat that Israel may be willing to take military action to curb Iran's nuclear aspirations.
http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/meast/06/20/israel.exercise/

Additionally, and following the initial reports of Israel's actions, several news agencies around the world began to report that the United States of America was taking covert actions in Iran in an effort to "prepare for the staging of an attack on Iran."  If true, the USA could be setting the stage for yet another middle eastern confligration with no way out.  http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/meast/06/29/us.iran/

June 16, 2008--Top Secret Papers Left on London Underground

For the second straight week, top secret documents related to Al Qaeda and terrorism have been left on the London underground.  Although these documents purportedly were only documents that surveyed the organization's ability to finance the acquisition of arms and the whereabouts of their training camps, one must wonder if these documents were "accidentally" left on the train, or if someone is trying to tip off the Al Qaeda that the British Government is on to them.  With the Olympics coming up in London in 2012, I would be concerned if these incidents of documents being "accidentally" left on the underground were to continue.

Here's a link to the article:

June 8, 2008--Surging Oil and Energy Prices and Global Recession.

In case anyone was paying attention, last Friday, June 6, 2008 two leading economic indicators were released, each a harbinger of a worsening economic future.  First, the unemployment figures for the United States were released.  The unemployment rate jumped a staggering .4% to 5.5%--the largest jump in almost three decades. Surely this figure should put to rest any speculation that the United States is not in a recession--clearly it is.

And what a time to be in a recession! For also on Friday oil prices surged to new records, and energy prices have climbed to almost record highs--it is expected that energy prices will in fact reach record highs in July of 2008.  The prices for energy in July of 2008 will make us long for the energy crisis days of the late 1970's.

Leading media outlets are reporting that economic experts are predicting that these facts are leading to an inevitable global economic recession. See below links
http://www.cnn.com/2008/BUSINESS/06/08/oil.prices.ap/index.html and http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7202998.stm

As the global economy becomes increasingly inter-woven, when one country suffers, eventually, so do the rest. Will these economic and energy woes lead to further pressure on nations and peoples leading to further global discord and frustrations leading to the end of days as predicted so long ago? We shall see.

May 4, 2008--

Please take a look at this link to an article at CNN.COM.  This article discusses the ever growing price of food, and describes how the global food market is reaching crisis proportions as people riot, kill and die, due to lack of food. Perhaps this "shortage" is being controlled by a few world goverments to increase
profiit/demand/power.  What do you think?
